Falcon 10 Interior

History

The Falcon 10 design was started in the late 1960s in order to make a model in between the successful Falcon 20 and the smaller turboprop business aircraft. The Falcon 10 model was to be powered by General Electric (GE) CJ610 turbojet engines in its first flight in December of 1970.

The GE engines were later replaced by a pair of Garret AiResearch TFE731-2 turbofans on the following prototype, giving it a FAA certification in 1973.

The Falcon 10 was in production from 1973 through 1982 with 189 aircraft delivered.
