Challenger 605 Interior

Bombardier completely revitalized the cabin of its Challenger line with the 605. To start, the windows have been upgraded with larger screens to allow in more natural light. The seats have also been redesigned to function as beds, which is important as the Challenger 605 has enough range to stay in the air for over 6 hours.

The technology used throughout the cabin has also been upgraded, including the seats and tray tables, allowing much more versatility and durability for the passengers. It also offers more room than previous models simply by shallowing the interior wall.

The avionics suite is powered by Rockwell Collins and their Pro Line 21. The new tech builds on previous Challenger versions by adding chart capabilities and weather graphics, among other add ons. This new modern suite also weighs nearly 200 pounds less than its predecessor.

The Challenger 605 averages a fuel burn of nearly 2,200 pounds of fuel after climb out and has a maximum range of 4,000 nautical miles. Cruising speed is Mach .80, or 613 mph.
