Typically carrying 19 passengers, the BBJ can be configured with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Each offering personal environment controls. The dining room even offers guests plenty of room to be entertained.
The cockpit of the BBJ is outfitted with the Rockwell Collins Flight Dynamic HGS-4000. It also boasts six Honeywell flat panel displays. The avionics suite has the latest tech from heads-up display to low visibility takeoff capabilities.
Performance
The BBJ is powered by 2 CFM56-7B27 Jet turbofan engines. These provide over 27,000 pounds of thrust each. This enables the BBJ to cruise at 470 knots per hour at 39,000 feet.
Due to its power outputs, the BBJ can climb to 37,000 feet in 25 minutes. With a range of over 6,000 nautical miles, this aircraft can travel from New York City to Beijing without needing to stop for fuel.
